MANILA — The nation's girl group BINI dropped on Thursday a sweet and fun music video for its much-awaited single "Cherry on Top".

Poised to break more records for the Filipino girl group, the upbeat song tackles the unique personality of a person that one could "never get enough".

Composed by Boy Matthews, GG Ramirez, Shintaro Yasuda and Skylar Mones, "Cherry on Top" is yet another bubblegum pop track for BINI — the catchy and playful genre that the band is venturing with for most of their hit songs like "Pantropiko" and "Salamin, Salamin".

As for the music video, pastel colors with dominant pink were featured to emphasize the feminine aesthetic of the young binibinis (ladies).

BINI working on 2 albums for international and local releases

"Cherry on Top" is among the roster of songs that will be part of the group's upcoming local album, apart from the international music that they are also preparing to release, as revealed by ABS-CBN Music head Roxy Liquigan.

It is also their latest release after their much-loved EP, "Talaarawan," which dropped in March. 

Fans are now waiting for the next concert of the nation's girl group, happening on October 4 at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.
