MANILA -- Actor Alden Richards is now in Hong Kong to shoot the highly-anticipated film "Hello, Love, Again," wherein he will co-star with Kapamilya star Kathryn Bernardo.

On Instagram, the movie director Cathy Garcia-Sampana shared a reel of their arrival in Hong Kong where they will shoot some of the scenes in the movie.

"Dito na si Ethan!!" she wrote.

Aside from Richards, other cast members who are already in Hong Kong include Jeffrey Tam and Joross Gamboa.

In his own social media post, Tam teased some of the memorable locations of the previous film, "Hello, Love, Goodbye" -- including the metal railings of a rooftop veranda with a note: "Joy is here."

"Di namin puedeng hindi puntahan ito :) JOY IS HERE!" Tam wrote in his caption.

Other cast members -- including Bernardo, Lovely Abella, Kakai Bautista, and Maymay Entrata -- are expected to arrive in Hong Kong soon to begin shooting the sequel to the blockbuster hit.

"Hello, Love, Again" is set five years after the events of "Hello, Love, Goodbye," which ended with Joy [Bernardo] pursuing a career in medicine while Ethan [Richards] opened his own business.

It will be released on November 13 in the Philippines, with international releases to follow.

"Hello, Love, Goodbye" was the highest-grossing Philippine film of all time until January 2024, when it was surpassed by "Rewind."
