Bingo (Donny Pangilinan) cherished his last moments with Caroline (Belle Mariano) amid the doctor's diagnosis in the latest episode of " Can't Buy Me Love" aired Monday.

Caroline chose to stay with Bingo after almost getting married with Stephen (Darren) and they stayed in Batanes to find peace for a while.

As they take on a vacation, flashbacks revealed that Bingo went to the experts and the doctors found a tumor in his brain.

He was advised to get treated or choose to be with his loved ones but then Caroline flashed in his view.

"Thank you, mahal. This day is one for the books. Ang saya-saya ko. Ang saya-saya natin. Sana gan'to lagi no? I just know, you and I, gan'to lagi," Caroline said.

"Sana ganito lagi," Bingo agreed. 

Meanwhile, Snoop (Anthony Jennings) revealed to Irene (Maris Racal) that the couple are in Batanes with a shadow listening to their conversation.
