MANILA --- Talent manager Leo V. Dominguez of LVD Management Corporation has passed away, his talent and long-time friend Ogie Alcasid confirmed on Friday.  

Alcasid took to social media to post a statement released by Dominguez's family.

"It is with deep sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of Leo Vinluan Dominguez, who has left us to join our Creator. True to his gentle and quiet nature, Leo departed serenely," the statement read.

Dominguez handled the careers of several major stars in the entertainment industry including Paulo Avelino, Lovi Poe, Janine Gutierrez, and Alcasid.

"In lieu of flowers, we kindly request your prayers for Leo’s eternal peace," the statement added.

Dominguez's wake will be held on Sunday, May 26, at St. Alphonsus Mary de Liguori, Magallanes, Makati City from 10 a.m. to 12 midnight, with a Mass at 5 p.m.

The statement added that LVD Management Corp. will continue its operations under the leadership of Dominguez's business partners Rey Lañada and Freddie Blasco.
