MANILA -- Coach Bamboo received a special recognition during the final episode of "The Voice Teens Philippines" Season 3 on Sunday, as he was honored for his 10-season tenure on the singing competition.

Bamboo, who has been a mainstay of the show since 2013, received a special plaque before the announcement of the winner.

"It is humbling that I've been here for 10 seasons," Bamboo said after the show, expressing his gratitude for the recognition.

"I carry all my coaches with me, all the OG coaches as well. This season, I knew it was going to happen. Every time I sat on that chair, I knew it was the final moment at some point. There were a lot of emotions for me," he added.

Making the night all the more meaningful for Bamboo is the triumph of his mentee, Jillian Pamat, who emerged as the winner of the season.

It was also a bittersweet moment, however, as "The Voice Philippines" took its final bow at the end of the show.
