Apl.de.ap praises SB19, to release collaborative song

Filipino-American rapper and singer Apl.de.ap said he is proud of P-pop powerhouse SB19 for raising the Filipino on the global stage.  

“Maraming salamat for having me to rock with you guys. I am proud of you for representing our culture around the world,” he told Pablo, Josh, Stell, Ken, and Justin during the first night of the “PAGTATAG” Finale at the Big Dome in Quezon City, Saturday evening. 

The Kings of P-pop and Apl.de.ap hyped up the crowd with an electrifying rendition of a yet to be released track.

“It was an honor to be on stage with you wow,” Justin said.

 “With the legend,” Ken added.  

 According to Stell, the collaborative piece will be released soon. 

 Apl.de.ap also delighted A’TIN with the Black Eyed Peas classic “Bebot.” 

Apart from the Filipino-American musician, Terry Zhong, Fortenors, Vocalmyx, and Maestro Louie Ocampo also wowed the crowd with world class performances.

Meanwhile, SB19 revealed that a documentary film for their “PAGTATAG!” era will drop on August 2024.

The announcement was made with a short footage that featured some intimate snippets of the highs and lows of their journey during the tour. 

During the concert, SB19 told A’TIN it was their unwavering support that kept pushing them forward.  

“We appreciate everything you guys do for us. That is why as much as we can, we also want to give back. Even if you don’t ask we want to return the favor,” Ken told A’TIN crowd. 

“We keep saying it, we wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for you all,” he added.
