MANILA (UPDATED) — The Top 3 artists of "The Voice Teens Philippines" season 3 were named during the semifinal round of the show, which aired on Sunday.

In the latest episode, the Top 3 were determined through the combination of the judge's scores and public votes.

Jillian Pamat had a wide gap over Nicole Olivo with 60.30 percent versus 39.70 percent, making her the representative of Bamboo's team.

In an interview with ABS-CBN News, Pamat shared her preparations during the semifinals, which helped her overall performance during the live show.

"Last week po, 'yung preparation ko is ni-relax ko lang po 'yung sarili ko tapos hindi ko po masyadong binugbog 'yung boses ko kaka-practice. Dahil po 'yung mga payo po ni coach is before sumapit ang Friday dapat po plakado na 'yung kanta ko kaya relax-relax lang ako pag dating ng Wednesday," she said.

The Kamp Kawayan representative also teased about what to expect for her next week, saying she would show her true self in her performance.

In KZ Tandingan's team, Yen Victoria took the top spot with 50.64 percent, a nail-biter distance from Pia Carandang's 49.36 percent.

With this, Victoria said she will make sure to embody Coach KZ's advice which is to sing with her heart.

"Kapag nag perform ka po, ibigay mo na lahat, like it's your last performance na po. 'Yun po 'yung turo sa akin ni Coach KZ," she said.

Meanwhile, Steph Lacuata will be Martin Nievera's bet after garnering 59.12 percent combined points over Colline Salazar's 40.88 percent.

Lacuata said making it to the finals is a "blessing" since he already encountered failures from previous competitions.

But for Nievera, failure is an essential part of success.

"It's easy to win. It's easy to be victorious. To fail and bounce back, that is a talent," he said.

Aside from talent, Bamboo said he's looking for someone who knows how to establish a "connection to the audience."

Next week, Lacuata, Victora, and Pamat will battle it out to be the next champion of the teen edition of the show.

“The Voice Teens Philippines" airs every weekend on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, A2Z, TV, iWantTFC and TFC on Saturdays at 7:15 p.m and Sundays at 7 p.m.
