MANILA -- The late award-winning actress Jaclyn Jose continues to be fondly remembered by the people whose lives she has touched through the years.

Actor Gardo Verzosa shared a candid video of Jose celebrating her birthday along with her manager Ed Instrella in 2020.

Jose and Verzosa became tight friends as both were previously under the management of Instrella.

Jose is seen laughing and enjoying herself as she gleefully sang “Happy Birthday,” in the short clip.

“Paynawa na keng paraiso abe ku,” Verzosa wrote in the caption of his instagram post.

(Rest in paradise, my friend.)

According to Gabby Eigenmann, the grieving family of Jose finds solace in the heartfelt tributes and cherished stories loved ones of the late actress shared.

“Regardless if anything that has happened, we always want to remember her as happy Jaclyn Jose. Ramdam mo sadness eh, but let us just celebrate her life,” he said.  

“I feel overwhelmed lang. Alam mong nahawakan sila ng gift ni Tita Jane. Ang dami niya anak anakan sa industriya. Im looking forward to see the rest. Ramdam mo pagmamahal nila,” he added.
