MANILA -- Kapamilya actress Charlie Dizon is joining the star-studded cast of "The Bagman," a spin-off from the acclaimed digital series "Bagman" starring Ajro Atayde.

On Instagram, Star Magic released photos of Dizon attending the look test, story conference, and table reading with other cast members including Atayde, John Arcilla and Judy Ann Santos, who will portray the President of the Philippines.

Ang success ng ABS-CBN hindi ginagawa just for them, it is for the entire industry. We want more storytellers who succeed, more recognition, more representation, and we want to see it in the near future. Sabi nga lahat ay makikinabang lahat magbe-benefit,” the director said.
