MANILA — Kapamilya actress Janella Salvador's film "Under Parallel Skies" with Thai actor Win Metawin will also screen in Singapore and Thailand.

The film will have its grand premiere at the 17th Asian Film Awards (AFA) in Hong Kong on March 11 followed by its Philippine premiere on April 17. "Under Parallel Skies" will also open in Singapore cinemas on May 1 and Thailand movie theaters on May 9.

The development was announced after the contract signing between the film's producer 28 Squared Studios and Warner Bros. Philippines.

Asked what made Warner Bros. distribute the film, Philippines' distribution director Rico Gonzalez said: "Some things will hit you. In Warner Bros., we believe in the power of the story."
