(UPDATE) Hitmaking K-pop girl group TWICE achieved a career goal after landing at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart for the first time with its latest release "With YOU-th."

The nine-member group's extended play (EP) "With YOU-th" topped the chart, which ranks the most popular albums in the United States each week, after earning 95,000 equivalent album units, the music publication reported on Monday.

Unveiled last February 23, "With YOU-th" is TWICE's 13th extended play (EP), composed of six songs, including singles "One Spark" and "I Got You."

In an interview with Reuters for the release of "With YOU-th," member Chaeyoung said, "I have a dream of scoring high on the Billboard chart."

"Even if it's not No. 1, I would be very happy," she added.

Billboard noted that "With YOU-th" is also TWICE's fifth release to make it into the top 10 of the main albums chart.

Another K-pop girl group, Le Sserafim, also claimed a spot at the top 10 of the latest Billboard 200.

The five-member team's "Easy," which dropped last February 19, ranked eighth after garnering 41,000 equivalent album units.

The Billboard 200 is measured in equivalent album units based on "album sales, track equivalent albums and streaming equivalent alums," according to the publication.
