MANILA -- Star Magic artists Mutya Orquia and Beaver Magtalas talked about their upcoming film "When Magic Hurts" as they graced the ivory carpet of Star Magical Prom 2024 on Thursday.

For Orquia, part of the beauty of the film is their filming location.

"The location, where we shot the film, you can look forward to that. I don't want to spoil it but you will be amazed by the beauty of Atok, Benguet," said Orquia, who wore a Cinderella-themed dress.

For Magtalas, it was the film's script. "Yung mismong story po, grabe," Magtalas said.

“When Magic Hurts” is directed by Gabby Ramos.

Orquia, a former child actress, was one of the stars of 2022 hit fantasy series "Mars Ravelo's Darna," while Magtalas, an ABS-CBN Star Hunt artisy, starred in 2022 “Genius Teens."
