A Broadway aspirant wowed the judges during the blind auditions of Season 3 The Voice Teens on Saturday.

Violette belted her version of "Defying Gravity," the signature song from the musical "Wicked," and turned three chairs.

Judges KZ Tandingan, Bamboo and Martin Nievera were all impressed by her confidence to sing such a challenging song.

What impressed Tandingan even more is that Violette was coached by her father.

"Nung bata ako, hindi namin afford ang mag music lessons, so I only had my dad," she said. "Sitting where I am right now watching you perform, I realized buti naging strict ang dad ko sa akin."

"She brought me back, when these songs plays I see how she is singing, how intense, how involved she is… I hope at least I can be the person that helps you," said Bamboo.

Nievera, for his part, hoped he could coach Violette and be a part of her "history."

"There’s nothing I can teach you. I just want to go down in history at least part sikat ka na like Leah Salonga, Rachel Ann all of the Filipinos who made in broadway... I think you’re gonna be one of them," he said.

Also impressive in that episode of The Voice Teens were Colline, who sang "Katakataka," Allain, who sang "Ikaw at Ako." Each of them turned two chairs.

Thor sang "Just the Way You Are," while Christine made her rendition of "Someone’s Always Saying Goodbye."
