MANILA — Kapamilya actor Donny Pangilinan personally delivered boxes of donated relief goods to the Angat Buhay office in Quezon City for the victims of Severe Tropical Storm Kristine.

Angat Buhay’s official Facebook page shared photos of the actor handing over the relief goods, which will be distributed to areas hardest hit by the typhoon, including Naga City and the Bicol region.

“Heartfelt thanks to Donny Pangilinan for personally delivering relief goods at the Angat Buhay office,” Angat Buhay said in the post.

”Maraming salamat sa walang sawang pakikipagbayanihan, Donny,” it added.

Despite his busy schedule, Pangilinan is known for regularly supporting Angat Buhay’s relief efforts. He recently took part in relief operations for the victims of Typhoon Carina in July.

Former Vice President and Angat Buhay chairperson Leni Robredo recently appealed for pump boats and big trucks for relief and rescue operations in Naga City.

As of today, Kaya Natin!, a non-government organization, has received over P9.8 million worth of cash donations for Filipinos affected by Typhoon Kristine.
