MANILA - John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo recently re-visited a location featured in their well-loved film "One More Chance," triggering speculation that a sequel to the 2007 box-office hit is in the works.

Over the weekend, the onscreen couple reunited at Bellini's restaurant in Cubao, Quezon City, along with the film's director Cathy Garcia-Molina and writers Vanessa Valdez and Carmi Raymundo.

Photos of the reunion were posted by Star Cinema on its official website.

In "One More Chance," Bellini's is where Popoy (Cruz) emotionally confronts Basha (Alonzo) over her office mate, Mark (Derek Ramsay), whom he mistakes as her new boyfriend only weeks after their breakup.

The restaurant has since labeled chairs used by Cruz, Alonzo and Molina during the filming of "One More Chance" with their names, as seen in photos of the reunion.

On Instagram, Raymundo shared her sentiment about reuniting with the lead stars, Molina and Valdez. In the caption of a photo comparing how they looked at the time the movie was released and now, she said: "One word to describe how I felt yesterday: grateful."

"[I am grateful] for the movie, for these people who became good friends of mine (two of them among my closest), for my job which allows me to do what I love, for the people who give us jobs, for people who give their time and money to watch the movies we make.

"After an exhausting week, it was so good to end it with something to remind me to still be thankful for how God has blessed us all these years. Thank You, Lord," Raymundo said.
