MANILA -- They have been performing in the Philippines since the start of the decade, and yet Filipino E.L.F. still can't seem to get enough of Super Junior.

A sea of blue lights filled the SM Mall of Asia Arena as Leeteuk, Shindong, Donghae, Siwon, Eunhyuk, Ryeowook, Yesung and Kyuhyun returned to Manila for "Super Show 8."

The group started their three-hour concert with "The Crown" and "A Man in Love" before hyping up the crowd with "Bonamana."

They then took turns greeting their Filipino fans, promising a great show and a memorable night to mark the end of their tour for 2019.

"Mabuhay! Whenever we come to the Philippines, it's always so nice," Shindong told the audience.

The members also showed their playful side as they made fun of Siwon's facial hair, calling him "Santa Claus" as they sing Christmas songs.

"Today is a very meaningful day because it is our last concert in 2019, 'Super Show 8 in Manila,'" Siwon said.

"How fast my beard grows shows how much I love you," he added, much to the delight of the fans.

A quick video was shown before the boys returned with "Heads Up," 'I Think I," "Sexy, Free and Single," and "Mr. Simple."

As they were preparing for their next stage, a special video where the boys share what their definition of love is was shown to the fans.

This was followed by Kyuhyun, Ryeowook and Yesung's performance of "Love Disease."

Fans went crazy as the members went all around the arena, serenading everyone with "No One."

What makes Super Shows special are their unique videos where the members go all-out for their fans.

This time, Super Junior went retro, with each member showcasing their rap talents, before going out on stage to perform one of their early songs, "Rokkugo."

They also performed "Devil" and "Happiness," before showing a behind-the-scenes video while they prepared for their last set.

In the last set, the group performed their latest single "Super Clap" before performing their hits "Mamacita," "Black Suit," and the classic "Sorry Sorry."

Before they left the stage, the members promised to come back, with Leeteuk revealing that they are currently working on a new album, and that fans will get to hear from them again soon.

"Next year, we will return with 'Super Show 9.' Every time we see the buildings keep going up in the Philippines, and as much as the buildings go high, I think your love keeps growing as well," he said.

Aside from Ryeowook and Kyuhyun, who missed last year's concert due to their mandatory military service, all the other six members were among those who performed in the Manila stop of "Super Show 7."

Heechul, who was with the group during last year's concert tour, did not join this year due to a leg condition.

This is the fifth time that the group performed in the country.

The Manila leg of Super Junior's "Super Show 8: Infinite Time" tour was presented by SM Entertainment, Dream Maker Entertainment Limited, and PULP Live World.
