MANILA – Sharon Cuneta has begun recording tracks for her comeback album.

On Instagram on Wednesday, Cuneta shared her photo inside a recording studio and another one with composer Jonathan Manalo.

In the caption, Cuneta thanked everyone who has prayed for her speedy recovery so she may resume working again.

“CD - one down! Beautiful song! Thank you, Star Records. And thanks to all of you for praying for me. The fact that I was able to sing even just one song today is such a miracle already,” she wrote.

Based on her recent social media posts, Cuneta has been feeling under the weather for several days now.

In an earlier interview, Cuneta said she is excited to work on this album because it has been a while since she released one.

“I am excited about this because I think Jonathan is turning in na some song demos from several songwriters for my consideration. Pipili na baga ng isasali sa bagong album ko,” she said at the time.
