MANILA — South Korean singer-actor Jung Yong Hwa will return to the Philippines next year for a concert.

The 30-year-old vocalist of the Korean pop-rock band CNBLUE will perform at the Mall of Asia Arena on March 6, 2020, according to Ovation Productions.

The show is part of Jung's first solo tour around Asia after finishing his mandatory military service last November 3.

Managed by FNC Entertainment, Jung was launched as an actor in 2009 through the television drama "You're Beautiful."

He debuted with CNBLUE in 2010 with the single "I'm a Loner," which achieved immediate commercial success.

CNBLUE visited Manila in 2017 for a concert at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
