MANILA — ABS-CBN on Thursday released the first teaser of “Make It With You,” providing a first look at the characters of Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil in their teleserye comeback.
The 30-second video shows scenic Croatia, where the Star Creatives series is partly set, and Billie (Soberano) and Gabo (Gil) sharing a light moment at a plaza.
In a previous interview, Gil said Gabo is “on a journey to find his true happiness.” Soberano, meanwhile, described her character, Billie, as a free-spirited and hardworking woman who has dreams for her family.
Billie, Soberano said, is an OFW based in Croatia, where she meets Gabo. The pilot week of the series was shot in the Eastern European country in September.

Soberano had to take language lessons early this year, ahead of the filming, as Billie is supposed to be fluent in the country’s language.
Directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina, “Make It With You” is scheduled for an early 2020 release.
