MANILA - It's clear that not everything is rosy between Jake Ejercito and actress Jaclyn Jose, the grandmother of his daughter with Andi Eigenmann. But it's good to see Jake getting along with Ellie just fine.

Jake on Twitter shared a conversation he had with Ellie, wherein he perhaps inadvertently revealed what his daughter calls him.

Ellie: You know, daddy, I have a lot of money na!

Me: Yea? How much do you have?

Ellie: Not sure. But one paper only and a lot of coins!

Since confirming that he is the biological father of Ellie, Jake has been more vocal in expressing his love for his daughter. However, it appears there are still wounds that need mending as it did not sit well with Jose, who criticized the actor for promising to "slay" all of Ellie's "dragons."

"She will always [be] a princess before you and will always be," Jose said. "I slayed all the dragons before you. You could have slayed the dragons before this. But you chose not to. You can't all of the sudden slay. You do not have the tool."

Jake clarified the paternity issue regarding Ellie last week, more than five years after Andi gave birth. Asked about why he decided to remain silent, he said that he never once denied being Ellie's father, and that he was only trying to shield his daughter from possible public scrutiny.

Jake responded to Jose's comments with another Instagram post, showing him with Ellie, with the caption: "Some vibes can't be killed."
