MANILA – Isabel Granada’s former husband gave an update about the actress’ latest medical condition.

In a Facebook post, Geryk Genasky Aguas said Granada’s heartbeat went down from 156 to 98 supposedly when the actress’ mother and son arrived at the hospital in Doha, Qatar and spent time with her.

“That’s a good sign. The normal heart beat daw is 60 to 100. God performs Miracles. Continue praying… Malapit na hong magkamalay si Isabel,” Aguas wrote.

He also quoted Granada’s mom, who allegedly said: "Gigising ang anak ko. Alam ko 'yan. Nanay ako.”

Granada is currently confined at the Hamad General Hospital after collapsing during a fan meet-and-greet on Tuesday.

According to Granada's present husband, Arnel Cowley, his wife suffered a "brain hemorrhage which indicates aneurysm and in turn affected her heart."

Granada, who remains unconscious in the ICU, is in stable condition.

Granada and Cowley were in Doha for the Philippine Trade and Tourism Conference that was held October 20, an event where Isabel was invited as a guest speaker.
