MANILA — ABS-CBN introduced on Monday the judges of “Your Moment,” its pioneering 2-in-1 reality talent competition set to debut later this year.

“Asia’s King of Talk” Boy Abunda, actress-singer Nadine Lustre, and performer-host Billy Crawford will help determine the winners of the original global format — one each from the singing and dancing competitions.

Conceptualized by ABS-CBN with Fritz Productions, “Your Moment” will feature a revolving set that offers the judges and the audience views of the opposite stages for the singing and dancing acts.

The judges — Abunda, Lustre, and Crawford — will each use an emotion meter with a knob, to indicate their impression at three time markers during an act’s performance.

Through three rounds, acts with the highest scores will get a chance to perform in “Your Grand Moment,” or the grand finals, where one act per competition will be named winner.

Competitors are both local and foreign, with no age limit.

“This is not for the faint-hearted. Competition is tough,” Abunda said, noting that acts who get time on the “Your Moment” stage have already gone through a series of screenings.

Referring to Lustre and Crawford, whom he counts as real-life friends, the veteran TV host and talent manager added: “We don’t sacrifice our judging because we need to project that we’re in agreement with each other.”

“Your Moment” will be hosted by Vhong Navarro and Luis Manzano.
