MANILA -- Fans have been waiting for a long time to get a glimpse of Korean actor Lee Seung Gi on Philippine soil, and their dream finally came true on Saturday.
The 32-year-old "triple threat" entertainer held his first-ever Manila fan meet "Vagabond Voyage in Manila" at the New Frontier Theater, where he serenaded his fans with his hit songs.
Aside from being an actor and a singer, Lee is also popular for his appearances in various variety shows such as "1 Night 2 Days," "Strong Heart," "All The Butlers," "Busted! Season 2" and "Little Forest."
During his fan meet, Lee also talked about his most recent project, the action series "Vagabond" which is currently airing on Netflix.
In the series, Lee plays the role of Cha Dal-gun, a stuntman who is looking for answers behind the mysterious death of his nephew.
According to Lee, he carried out his own stunts for the series.
He also talked about his recent awards and his pet dog, Ppero, who is almost as popular as him among his fans.

As if seeing him in the flesh was not enough, lucky fans also got to interact with Lee throughout the fan meet, playing games with them and even making a rice roll for a special fan.
Lee, who started his career as a singer, made the event more memorable by preparing a special performance for his fans.
"I think I'm the most happy when I'm singing for you," Lee told his fans as he wrapped up his performance.
Aside from "Vagabond," Lee is also known for his roles in "Shining Inheritance," "My Girlfriend is a Gumiho," "The King 2 Hearts," "Gu Family Book" and "A Korean Odyssey."
He is also popular for his hit songs "Because You're My Woman," "Will You Marry Me," "Return," "Smile Boy" and "Let's Go On Vacation," among many others.
Lee's Manila fan meet came 15 years after his debut in 2004.
