MANILA - Hazelyn Cascaño turned emotional when she learned that she will be moving on to the semifinals of "Tawag ng Tanghalan" after wowing the judges of the amateur singing contest with his cover of Celine Dion's "I Surrender."

Cascaño received a total score of 93.4 percent to defeat daily winner Bobby Arnado, who got 91.3 percent for her performance of "I Can't Stop Loving You."

"Ang sarap lang po sa feeling na makabalik at mabigyan ng chance ulit," said a sobbing Cascaño, who failed to clinch a spot in the semifinals when she first joined "Tawag ng Tanghalan" back in May.

Cascaño will be returning to the "It's Showtime" stage on Thursday in search of her sixth straight win.
