He wanted a day when he gets to do absolutely nothing.

And one can bet that Julia Barretto knew about Joshua Garcia's wish, as she prepared exactly that when her "Ngayon at Kailanman" love team partner turned a year older last week.

Garcia shared with bloggers, who visited the set of the primetime teleserye this Wednesday, how he spent his birthday relaxing at Barretto's rest house in Bulacan with a couple of friends.

"Kaunti lang kami kasi gusto lang talaga naming mag-relax at tumunganga --wala kaming ginawa," he said.

"Para kaming baboy doon. Pagkakain namin [ay] matutulog kami sa may sofa sa garden. Tapos kakain ulit kami."

Everything was prepared by Barretto --and Garcia revealed that this was his co-star's gift for him.

This was in addition to the sweet video Barretto stitched for him and posted on Instagram with the caption: "My heart is yours."

Asked for his reaction to the caption, Garcia said: "Sobrang saya. Kasi iyong katulad ni Julia na babae, nagtiwala sa akin."

"Parang pinagkatiwala niya sa akin iyong puso niya, ako mismo, ang saya ko kasi mahal ko rin si Julia eh."
