She decided against keeping her personal tragedy a secret, explaining that she wanted to "honor" her baby daughter --one half of the twins she expected-- who passed away.

And in keeping with her commitment, Saab Magalona, this past week, introduced the one who survived to his "sis."

She posted on Twitter a picture of her and her husband, Jim Bacarro, bringing their baby son, Pancho, to the grave of his sister, Luna.

It was the first time they did so as a family.

She first opened up about the death of Luna in a blog, admitting that she was "devastated" to have lost her. But the ordeal also made her believe in miracles, through their little boy Pancho.

Saab is the daughter of the late Filipino rap god Francis Magalona. She married Bacarro in Baguio City in 2015.
