"Medyo matagal tagal na akong hindi nakaka-experience ng ganito," Vic Sotto quipped during a baby shower held for his pregnant wife, Pauleen Luna, over the past weekend.

As seen in the highlights video released by Nice Print Photography on Wednesday, the comedian took a crack at the fact that it has been a while since he welcomed a baby of his. He is 35 years older than Luna, and just recently celebrated the wedding of his youngest child early this year.

"Siyempre excited at happy," Sotto added when asked about his thoughts about his partner giving birth soon.

Likewise, Luna is positively glowing as she thanked her friends for coming to her baby shower. She is expected to give birth to a girl sometime before Christmas, she said.

Luna first announced her pregnancy in March, more than a year after she and Sotto tied the knot. They have been together for more than five years.

This will be Luna's first child, while it will be Sotto's fifth. He has a son Vico with actress Coney Reyes, Oyo and Danica with Dina Bonnevie, and Paulina with Angela Luz.
