MANILA -- An emotional Heaven Peralejo decided to leave the "Pinoy Big Brother" House on Saturday to support her cancer-stricken mother, who will undergo surgery.

Heaven broke down in tears upon learning about her mother's condition from her grandmother. "May nakita na mass malapit sa brain. Nagdesisyon 'yung doktor na bukas ooperahan siya," he said.

After hearing the news, "Big Brother" allowed Heaven to visit her mom for one night saying family should come first.

When Heaven returned inside the house, she informed "Big Brother" that her mom needed her, thus leading to her decision to leave the house.

"Kung kunwari man na aalis ako, no regrets."

Heaven also bade goodbye to her housemates. "I realized that the best medicine is 'yung person na you love the most and I think and I feel that it would be the best na I'll be with her," she said.

"I'm not going to VE (Voluntary Exit) guys, I'm just doing the right thing."

Heaven is the current season's "Mommy's Angel ng Makati," because she is the support system of her mother.
