MANILA - Korean superstar Sandara Park gave a young contestant another chance to achieve his dreams on the second episode of ABS-CBN's newest talent search "Pinoy Boyband Superstar" on Sunday.

Kaya siguro 'yun ang dahilan kung bakit nakukulangan ako, wala akong masyadong makitang character for now. Pero bata ka pa naman. You have all the time to improve," he said.

"Pinoy Boyband Superstar" is patterned after "La Banda," a Latin American program created by music mogul Simon Cowell, the man behind One Direction. It aims to form the "ultimate" Filipino boyband by plucking talented teens from across the country and have them compete with one another for a spot in the five-member group.
