MANILA - A year after becoming a Kapamilya, actress Ritz Azul finally gets her biggest project in ABS-CBN.

Joining her in the series “The Promise of Forever,” which premieres on Monday, are actors Paulo Avelino and Ejay Falcon.

Azul started her showbiz career in TV5 as a product of “Star Factor” in 2010.

With her transfer to ABS-CBN, she now joins a growing number of celebrities who came from the No. 3 network.

This singer began her journey in showbiz as a finalist of TV5’s “Star Factor” in 2010.

Three years after, Amon said she “risked” leaving the Kapatid network to audition in the first season of “The Voice.” She reached the semi-finals with Sarah Geronimo as her coach and went on to become one of the “ASAP Birit Queens.”

3. JC de Vera

It has been four years since this star of “The Better Half” became a Kapamilya. He joined GMA-7 in 2003, then moved to TV5 in 2010.

De Vera starred in several TV shows in all three networks. Among his previous projects in ABS-CBN are “You’re My home,” “The Legal Wife,” and “Moon of Desire.”

4. Arci Muñoz

This actress entered showbiz in 2005 via GMA-7’s talent search “StarStruck.” She transferred to TV5 six years later and starred in the drama series “Mga Nagbabagang Bulaklak” (2011) and “Felina: Prinsesa ng mga Pusa” (2012).

In her two years so far as a Kapamilya, Muñoz top-billed several movies and TV shows, including “Pasion de Amor,” “Magpahanggang Wakas,” “Always Be My Maybe,” and “Can We Still be Friends?”

5. Vin Abrenica

This actor kicked off his showbiz dream in 2012 via TV5’s “Artista Academy.” He then appeared on several TV shows, including “Beki Boxer” and “Jasmine.”

On his first anniversary as a Kapamilya, Abrenica became part of the series “Wildflower.” His brother, Aljur, joined ABS-CBN this year.

6. Mark Neumann

This “Artista Academy” alumnus was a TV5 talent for almost five years, starring in various TV shows and movies such as “The Baker King” and “Tasya Fantasya.”

It was only a month ago when he became a Kapamilya. Currently, he is one of the vampires in “La Luna Sangre.”

7. Sharon Cuneta

The Megastar was a Kapamilya for 23 years before moving to TV5 in 2011. She was with the No. 3 network for three years, starring in shows such as “Madam Chairman,” “P.S. I Love You,” and “The Mega and the Songwriter” together with singer Ogie Alcasid.

In 2015, Cuneta made a comeback in ABS-CBN as a judge in “Your Face Sounds Familiar.” She is also as one of the coaches of “The Voice.”

8. Ogie Alcasid

A GMA-7 artist for 18 years until 2013, Ogie Alcasid was best known for being a singer-songwriter and a comedian. He continued doing this in his three and a half years with TV5, where he starred in “The Gift” and “The Mega and the Songwriter” with Sharon Cuneta.

Alcasid officially joined ABS-CBN early this year, and his initial projects include “Your Face Sounds Familiar: Kids” and “Tawag ng Tanghalan sa Showtime.”

9. Gelli de Belen

This actress joined the showbiz industry when she was only 8 years old. She joined various networks for the past three decades, one of which is TV5 where she hosted “Gellicious” and “Face to Face.” Her contract with the No. 3 network ended in 2015, and though her Kapamilya stint was not officially announced, she has been visible on ABS-CBN for almost two years now.

De Belen was part of “Magpahanggang Wakas,” and has made special appearances in “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” and “Maalaala Mo Kaya.” She is now part of “La Luna Sangre.”

10. Aga Muhlach

This former matinee idol moved to TV5 in 2011, venturing into a new path in his career as a host of the edutainment show “Pinoy Explorer.”

A year ago, he returned to ABS-CBN as one of the judges in “Pinoy Boyband Superstar.”
