MANILA -- Former "Pinoy Dream Academy" scholar Liezel Garcia is now engaged to her boyfriend, YouTuber Justin Eagle.

Garcia took to Instagram to share the happy news to her fans.

"I can’t believe I will have this precious moment. I thought I’ll be alone in my life but here’s God, never fails to surprise me and love me! He gave me this wonderful gift - an amazing man in my life! I am thankful and blessed!" Garcia wrote.

"Baby, thank you for loving me and choosing me. Thank you for always making me feel beautiful even if I say I’m not. Thank you for all your encouraging words and support in everything that I do. Thank you for loving me and being faithful and loyal even while being in a long distance relationship.

"I love you much Justin! Can’t wait baby!"

Meanwhile, her ex-boyfriend and fellow "Pinoy Dream Academy" scholar Bugoy Drilon, said he is happy for Garcia.

"Noong in-announce niya 'yon magkakasama kasi noon. Nag-get together noong nakita may singsing na siya. I'm happy for her. I was crying nga that time. Basta, I'm happy for her," Drilon said in an interview on "Umagang Kay Ganda" on Monday.
