MANILA (UPDATE)—Child actress Niña Sophia Gabrielle "Sophie" Corullo died on Sunday due to severe dengue, her family confirmed Wednesday.

The former contestant of "Mini Me" on "It's Showtime" was 6.

"Napakabait po nun sir. Lahat ng pangarap niya para sa mga kapatid niya," her mother Angeli said. "'Yung last taping niya, sabi niya, 'Mommy, 'yung kinita ko bigay mo kay ate, pambayad niya 'yun sa school.'"

Corullo's brother is also confined in the hospital due to dengue.

"Hindi ko kakayanin kung 2 silang mawawala. Sana tulungan niya 'yung kuya niya maka-survive," Angeli said.

Tributes poured on social media for Corullo, who was last seen in a "Maalaala Mo Kaya" episode aired on Saturday.

"We are asking for your help to pray for her soul to be in peace in heaven, and guide and heal her family that is encountering downfalls," JAMS Artist Production, who manages Corullo's career, posted on Facebook.

On Instagram, Corullo's co-star Yen Santos posted a photo of her with the child actress, saying that their "MMK" episode set a new ratings record.

"This is for you, baby Sophie," she said.
