MANILA – American fashion magazine Harper’s Bazaar has released a video showing the “Real Crazy Rich Asians,” and it includes actress Heart Evangelista.

The clip, published online on Wednesday, showed “Crazy Rich Asians” author Kevin Kwan meeting Evangelista and other Asian style icons – Michelle and Rachel Yeoh, and Feiping Chang – in Paris.

“Heart Evangelista, she’s really the darling of the Philippines, one of the most acclaimed actresses,” Kwan can be heard saying in the video. “She’s also a really gifted artist. She’s had amazing museum shows in the Philippines of her paintings.”

Reacting to the Harper’s Bazaar feature, Evangelista said in an Instagram post on Thursday: “I woke up to one of the most amazing features in my life!”

She went on to give details about how she ended up being part of the “Real Crazy Rich Asians” video.

“My last trip to Paris was a very special one because not only was I there for couture week, but I had been invited by Kevin Kwan who has now become a dear friend! He was doing a special ‘Crazy Rich Couture’ feature for Harper’s Bazaar US and asked me if I would be interested in being a part of it,” she said.

“I had the honor of being featured alongside some of the most incredible and stylish Asian icons. I am beyond grateful to Kevin and the entire Harper’s team for being such a dream to work with! I’m so incredibly proud of this project and would love for you to see it, too!”
