MANILA – Aicelle Santos proudly raised the Philippine flag as she finished second in the recently concluded ASEAN+3 Song Contest in Vietnam.

The singer, who is back in “Rak of Aegis” after her “Miss Saigon” stint, won silver for her interpretation of Jungee Marcelo’s “Kapangyarihan ng Pag-ibig” during the contest’s final round on Sunday.

The competition attracted 22 professional singers aged 18 to 35 from the ASEAN region as well as Japan, Korea, and China.
