MANILA—Star Magic has assembled 4 teams of celebrities to participate in a Mobile Legends: Bang Bang event on Sunday. 

The mini-tournament, organized in partnership with local esports talent agency Tier One Entertainment, is going to be livestreamed over YouTube and Facebook, it was announced. 

Among those included in the roster is "The Voice Kids" winner Elha Nympha, Myrtle Sarrosa, and actor Zaijian Jaranilla. 

Each of the teams will be captained by streamers and professional gamers, namely Rojean delos Reyes, Bianca Yao, Billy "Z4pnu" Alfonzo, and Lance "Mr. Vii" Vicencio. 

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is a mobile "MOBA" (multiplayer online battle arena) game that has proved popular in the country, its premiere tournament in the region, the MSC (MLBB Southeast Asia Cup), was held at the Araneta Coliseum last June. 

This is the first time Star Magic has held an event in relation to Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. It has been dubbed "Celebrity Showmatch."
