SM Tickets will refund customers who purchased tickets to Justin Bieber's concert in the Philippines, following the pop star's decision to cancel the remainder of his "Purpose" world tour.

Fans who bought tickets to the now-scrapped September 30 gig will be able to get their refunds starting Friday.

SM Tickets has released a set of guidelines for those who made over-the-counter purchases and those who bought them online. Read them carefully below:

The cancellation of Bieber's world tour was announced Tuesday, with his tour publicist releasing a statement, saying "Justin loves his fans and hates to disappoint them."

"He is grateful and honored to have shared that experience with his cast and crew for over 150 successful shows across 6 continents during this run. However, after careful consideration he has decided he will not be performing any further dates," the statement added.

For the Philippine leg, Bieber was scheduled to perform at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan.
