MANILA -- BL (boys' love) fans, here's something to look forward to next month.
In an attempt to satisfy the ever-growing craving for the genre in the country, iWant has announced this Thursday that it will be adding to its catalogue another BL series from the same producers of "2gether."
"Come To Me," about a ghost falling in love with a strange boy who can see him, will arrive on iWant this August 8.
It stars Thai actors Singto Prachaya and Ohm Pawat, and it chronicles the leads' supernatural bond and the things they discover as they try to solve the mystery of the ghost's death.
The show was produced by GMMTV, the same Thai studio behind the extremely popular "2gether" series, which launched a local wave of BL productions, including ABS-CBN's own "Hello, Stranger."
"Come To Me" is part of the deal ABS-CBN inked with GMMTV, which also included the rights to "I'm Tee, Me Too," another BL series, this time about about housemates who happen to share the same name, and friendships (and romance) that grow among them.
