All her life, she has longed to meet her father's family.

Vickie Rushton finally got her wish this week, sharing on Instagram an album of photos documenting their happy reunion in the UK.

The former "Pinoy Big Brother" housemate described the occasion as an "answered prayer," recalling how she turned speechless when her brother welcomed her "with arms wide open."

"I was shaking. I felt like crying and jumping at the same time," she wrote. "God is amazing. His timing is indeed perfect."

"I didn't want to leave. It felt like home. For now I have to wait again till my next visit. If this is how it feels after a long wait, I don’t mind waiting at all," she added, before thanking her boyfriend, actor Jason Abalos, for coming with her.

It was during her stint inside the "Pinoy Big Brother" house when the actress first opened up about her father, who left her and her mother without explanation when she was still in grade school. She was also reunited with him while she was still a housemate.
