MANILA – Model and actress Wilma Doesnt admitted that it is not easy to raise three children on her own.

Doesnt had her first child, Asiana, when she was at the peak of her career.

She tried to reach out to Asiana's father but he did not respond to them, she told the hosts of "Magandang Buhay" on Thursday.

"Mahirap maging single mother. Mahirap financially, emotionally, and physically," she said.

Like Emilia, Doesnt's two other children -- Emilia Svetlana and Araion -- also have different fathers.

But instead of dwelling on the past, she always reminds her kids: "Basta ang lagi ko na lang sinasabi sa kanila, 'You guys are made out of love and respect.' That's it. That's enough."

Doesnt went on to share that the "ultimate challenge" for her as a single mother is when her kids are sick because she tends to panic even if she knows that she is the only person they can depend on.

She recounts an old memory of her eldest daughter getting sick in the middle of the night.

Wala pala akong suot. Kaya mula noon, 'yun talaga ang challenge ko, ayoko ng may sakit," she said.
