The group, formed through a reality show by JYP Entertainment, has been around for nearly four years and they've already achieved so much. They've even been dubbed in variety shows and by Korean media as the new "Nation's Girl Group," succeeding Girls' Generation.

While the group received much attention with its debut song, "Like Ooh-Ahh," Twice soared to greater heights in 2016 with the consecutive release of two successful singles — "Cheer Up" and "TT."

Beyond breaking records and dominating overseas charts, here are more reasons to love Twice:
Beyond breaking records and dominating overseas charts, here are more reasons to love Twice:
ADDICTIVE SINGLES
With pulsating beats and catchy hooks, it's easy to enjoy Twice's music. The group has practically become the epitome of bubblegum pop and the cutesy concept that continue to abound in K-pop.

Their most recent release, "Fancy," was a game-changer. The song saw the group leave behind the "aegyo" (a Korean term for cute acts) and "infantile" singing common in their past singles, for a more mature image and sound.

B-SIDES
With much energy spent on the promotion of singles in K-pop, the B-side track barely get any attention, but that doesn't mean the latter aren't any good. In Twice's case, the group's discography is rich in noteworthy B-sides.

IT'S HARD TO PICK A BIAS
It's hard to pick a "bias" (a fan's favorite member, in K-pop jargon) in a large group like Twice. Each member has her own charisma and personality that'll leave any ONCE torn. There's Jihyo's flawless vocals, Momo's unparalleled dance skills, Mina's adorable awkwardness, and Jeongyeon and Tzuyu's uncanny resemblances to Angel Locsin and Rufa Mae Quinto, respectively.

The members are also undoubtedly variety queens. Some of our favorite moments include their "Havanna" dance showdown on "Idol Room," Dahyun and Momo's dance battle on "Running Man," and Sana's accidental "cheese gimbap" aegyo on "Knowing Brothers."
