MANILA – As a newcomer in the world of show business, Ronnie Alonte is one very busy guy.

Currently, he is part of the primetime series “A Love to Last” where he plays the love interest of Chloe, portrayed by Julia Barretto.

Last year, he starred in the movies “Vince and Kath and James” and “Seklusyon” which were both part of the 2016 Metro Manila Film Festival.

Now, he is one of the cast members of the suspense-thriller movie “Bloody Crayons.”

“Sobrang saya kasi siyempre hindi naman ako na-tengga after ng mga ilang movie. Masaya ako dahil may bago na naman,” he was quoted to have said in a Star Cinema article.

The actor said he is very proud of “Bloody Crayons” that he can’t wait for his supporters to finally see it.

“Sobrang mapagmamalaki ko kung anong ginawa namin sa shooting. Kasi sobrang hirap, may mga action scene, may mga laglag-laglag pa. Masaya, enjoy,” he said.

While he had a minor accident while filming, Alonte said it will all be worth it once the movie opens in cinemas nationwide.

Without giving too much of the movie’s plot, Alonte teased: “Basta isa sa amin ang pumapatay. Mahirap hulaan kasi lahat pagbibingtangan niyo talaga. Panoorin niyo talaga itong movie. Ang saya!”

Directed by Topel Lee, “Bloody Crayons” stars Janella Salvador and Elmo Magalona. It also features Sofia Andres, Diego Loyzaga, Jane Oineza, Maris Racal, Yves Flores and Empoy.

The movie will open in theaters on July 12.
