MANILA – One of the unexpected things that came out of “I Can Do That” is the tandem of Daniel Matsunaga and Arci Muñoz, which their fans fondly call “Darci.”

It started during the celebrity talent competition’s pilot weekend where the two performed an aerial dance number.

Following their winning routine that weekend, Muñoz and Matsunaga immediately gained a following, with some of their supporters saying they would love to see the two in more projects together in the future.

More than two months later, Matsunaga confirmed that their fans would be seeing more of him and Muñoz in an upcoming series of international shows.

“I have a tour in Europe in mid of June. It’s with Arci,” he told ABS-CBN News on Sunday.

As for those hoping to see them on TV again, Matsunaga said hopefully they will be given TV projects also. “I am very happy that we have a lot of fans together so we’ll see,” he teased.

While they are being romantically linked, Matsunaga and Muñoz have made it clear in separate interviews that their relationship is purely professional.

Meanwhile, Matsunaga said he is happy with his third place finish on “I Can Do That,” with comedian Wacky Kiray taking home the grand prize.

“This is a competition. There will always be a winner that’s why you always have to improve yourself. It’s not just because you win, you stop improving. I’m really happy with the third place. I am so happy for Wacky. He told us his life. Right now, he can do a lot,” he said.

The Japanese-Brazilian model said the show is an “incredible experience” that taught him a lot of lessons.

“I learned so much with all the mentors, sa lahat ng pinagdaanan namin dito sa show. It was just incredible. Ibang experience ito. I’m so proud and so honored to have a new family. Kahit third, second or first place, just to be in the final four is just amazing,” he said.
