MANILA - "It's Showtime" co-host Coleen Garcia appeared uncomfortable when the topic of her ex-boyfriend, "Forevermore" leading man Enrique Gil, was brought up during a televised interview.

Garcia, 22, appeared with her "Pasion de Amor" co-star in the May 31 episode of "Gandang Gabi Vice," where each of them were asked about their romantic life.
Host Vice Ganda asked Garcia who among her past boyfriends and her current, "Your Face Sounds Familiar" host Billy Crawford, she considers the least good-looking.
After Garcia readily answered that Crawford is the most handsome, Vice Ganda told the singer, who was in the audience, "O, tingnan mo Billy, mas guwapo ka pa kay Enrique!"
Apparently clueless, Garcia's fellow guests, Ellen Adarna and Arci Munoz, asked her if she was ever in a relationship with Gil. "Before pa!" she answered. "Puppy love lang!"
"Na-stress na siya!" Vice Ganda quipped.
Garcia and Gil had already broken up when they co-starred for the first time in the defunct youth-oriented series "Good Vibes," which premiered in April 2011.
Gil is now being romantically linked with Liza Soberano, his leading lady in the recently concluded "Forevermore" and in the upcoming romantic-comedy movie "Just the Way You Are."
