MANILA – Half a year since they tied the knot, Christian Bautista said “it feels fantastic” to be married to the love of his life, Kat Ramnani.

“You go home to someone who loves you. You go home to someone you love. It makes your day immediately complete right away. You have a partner who will be by your side. These are all cliches pero it’s true,” he told PUSH in an interview.

But because of their respective hectic schedules, Bautista said they have yet to go on a honeymoon, which they are planning later this year.

“We wanted to go doon sa Africa din by December because it’s the best time to go. Mutual decision naman to go there and we’ve both never been there and we want to see animals and we want to see that great continent and country,” he said.

When asked if they are already planning to have a baby soon, Bautista said it will probably come next year.

“Depende. We’ll see,” he said laughing. “Pero that baby planning, baby making, baka next year 'yan.”

While they have been together for a while now, Bautista said he likes that there are still things he’s still discovering about his wife.

“She’s an excellent planner. And talagang kung siya 'yung detailed, ako 'yung broad strokes. So talagang nag-ko-complement kami,” he said.

Bautista and Ramnani married in November last year in Bali, Indonesia.

The first met in the United States, and got engaged in October 2017 after a year together.
