Anne Curtis unearths a photo from the very first teleserye she did as a Kapamilya; she is gorgeous, with jet black hair and heavy makeup, and a stare that could kill. She plays a villain in "Hiram," a role that'll be difficult to imagine her reprising, considering how fun and quirky she has become thanks to "It's Showtime."

The actress-host has been with ABS-CBN for more than 15 years, an experience she described as "amazing."

Kim Chiu: Looking back I have been a fan of all the ABS-CBN shows, as a kid it inspires me a lot as I grew up in a bisaya environment. Watching all the seryes made me familiar with tagalog aside from school of course. It taught me a lot: 'Hiraya Manawari,' 'Siniskwela,' 'Bayani' and all the teleseryes na nakalakihan ko.

One day nangarap ako and said I want to touch people’s lives as it did a big impact on me, then that DREAM became a REALITY. I am forever thankful to ABS-CBN for touching our lives and people across the world. ABS-CBN changed my life in so many good ways that I could not imagine.

I’m able to help my family and other people in the best way that I can all because of my mother network. ABS-CBN helped not just me but millions of people and for that I am forever grateful to my second home, ABS-CBN.

Being grateful is not being asked it is your consciousness that makes you do it. I am and will FOREVER BE GRATEFUL!!! happy 65 years ABS-CBN!

22 years of those 65 magnificent years of the Kapamilya network, I have given myself and my life to entertaining, hosting, acting, making people feel, be affected, be moved. I have helped my audience temporarily forget their troubles , and for some even made you feel less lonely while you watch our shows and be part of our characters’ journey. I have been part of your homes, we have been together as you were having meals with your families and you let me in through the many roles I have taken on in those two fruitful decades. I am a Kapamilya to you just as much as you are a Kapamilya to me. My family had close to nothing when I knocked on the doors of @starmagicphils and ABS-CBN 22 years ago. I had just lost two of my family members, my Papa and my sister, I was broken and I was lost. I knew not a fraction of what I know now and yet Abscbn have taught me every single thing I know and can do now. In this Kapamilya network I have experienced being accepted, forgiven and celebrated as a person thousand times over and no words will ever be able to express just how blessed I feel to be part of it. My family eats and enjoys the luxury of our humble yet meaningful life now because of all the opportunities the Kapamilya network has given me and still continue to give me to this day. It has taught me the value of hard work, of kindness towards co actors , staff and the crew. And most importantly, the Kapamilya network gives me the opportunity to glorify my Father God every single day thru the many roles I get to take on and practice my craft with. Salamat Kapamilya ❤️ Salamat for crying with me, laughing with and at me, Salamat for trusting me with your emotions and in return I promise to embrace each role I will take on with openness knowing that you who is following my journey will be on a ride that will take you far from your daily worries and heartaches. My craft is my gift to serve the Filipino ❤️ and I stand proud together with thousands of my Kapamilyas worldwide ❤️

I will be forever grateful sa ABS CBN. Salamat, ABS CBN. ❤

There is no perfect network. And just like in a family, there is also no perfect kapamilya. That said, this should not take away nor diminish what the ABS-CBN network has done for the Filipino People. It’s long list of achievements and countless successful tv programs are just a testament to the kind of relationship they have developed with the general public over the years. A bond that still continues to grow to this day and will continue to be strengthened for many generations to come.Thank you so much sa Kapamilya network sa dami ninyong natulungan at patuloy na tinutulungan. Isa ako at ang aking buong pamilya sa dami ng mga taong inyong biniyayaan. Just wanted to show my appreciation especially during this very important time. Happy 65 years ABS-CBN. Continue being of service and a symbol of hope for the Filipino people. #abscbn #happy65thabscbn
