MANILA – Having been chosen to sing the local version of “A Whole New World” for the new live-action “Aladdin” movie is a dream come true for both Darren Espanto and Morissette Amon.

But this opportunity did not come without any challenges for the two singers.

“This is a classic. Everyone knows this song. I guess the challenge was to make your own rendition and at the same time, not to lose the magic of the song,” Amon said.
