MANILA – Vina Morales is currently in the process of moving on after she and her French boyfriend, Marc Lambert, decided to call off their two-year relationship.

In an interview on Sunday, Morales said her heart has already healed and she believes that there is someone out there who is meant to be with her forever.

“I'm moving on, moving forward. I know naman I've fallen in love tapos nasaktan ako, so ganon lang talaga ang buhay. I always believe na God has somebody for me. I always think positive naman. Alam ko na mayroon talagang para sa akin,” she said.

The Kapamilya singer-actress revealed that the long distance really took a toll on their relationship.

“Mahirap and I'm sure everyone can relate at naiintindihan ang situation namin. It's really hard to give up some things here or he has to give up some things there. Kailangan swak kayo or kailangan pareho kayo ng decision sa buhay,” she said.

With a family and a flourishing career in the Philippines, Morales explained that she is not yet ready to give up those things and settle down someplace else.

“I have my daughter Ceana and she's my priority, and my career naman is doing well, as well as my businesses. Para sa akin, mahirap mag-decide right now kung ano ba talaga ang magiging situation naming dalawa. It's better to give space muna to each other,” she said.

Since their communication line remains open, Morales is not closing her doors on the possibility of a reconciliation.

“I'm not closing my doors. Even him. Wala namang makakapagsabi if you are meant for each other. But as of now, we're just enjoying na we have separate lives. May mga kanyang mga plano siya sa buhay and I even have my own plans. Maganda naman yung breakup namin,” she said.

Morales likewise revealed that she is now ready to go back to the dating scene.

“I am ready. Bakit pa ako magsasayang ng oras ‘di ba? I am ready to find somebody kung meron man diyan. Mayroon namang nagte-text, inviting me out. Medyo titignan ko muna kung seryoso ba ito,” she said.
