MANILA - The members of the teen boy band Gimme5 launched "Sophomore," their second album under Star Music, on Tuesday.
In a press conference, the group composed of Nash Aguas, Grae Fernandez, Joaquin Reyes, John Bermundo and Brace Arquiza expressed their excitement over their newest project.
They said they've been busy doing the album since last year.
"Simula last year pa po binubuo itong album... Di po talaga kami nawala, kumbaga nagwo-work lang po kami para sa album," said Aguas, who will soon star in the series "Kung Kailangan Mo Ako."
"Pagkatapos po ng album tour namin [para sa unang album], nag-meeting na agad kami with Star Music na gagawa na kami ng pangalawang album," Fernandez added.
The group said they dedicate their newest album to their fans and supporters.
The "Sophomore" album features original songs such as "First Love," "Hindi Ko Alam", "Napapangiti", "Hanggang Tingin Na Lang" and "Walang Dahilan," which is the album's carrier single.
It is now available at all record bars nationwide and all digital stores.
