MANILA - Actress-host Kris Aquino on Wednesday shared her birthday message for her youngest son, James "Bimby" Yap Jr., who will be turning 12 on Good Friday, April 19.

Bimby is Aquino's son with former husband, Rain or Shine star James Yap.

On Instagram, Aquino shared a video clip showing a montage of Bimby's photos. Among moments featured in the video were Bimby's growing up years with Aquino, his elder brother Joshua and uncle, former president Benigno Aquino III.

In her caption, Aquino wrote: "[I] cannot post this on his actual birthday which will fall on Good Friday. hence it’s coming 2 days early (and we’ll actually be flying home when midnight strikes)... our baby is almost as tall as his kuya, and it’s true, for this small family unit of 3, he is our STRENGTH and our HAPPY. [I]’m not afraid kuya will ever face the world alone, and he has really done everything, equal only to my mom, to make me feel 100% LOVED."

"[H]e has my HEART because he is my SOUL. 12 years ago, how could [I] have known that God had blessed me with everything that would complete me?..." Aquino added.
