MANILA -- Earlier this month, Heaven Peralejo tried to quash the rumors linking her romantically with Jimuel Pacquiao, the eldest son of boxing champ Manny Pacquiao, by denying that he is courting her.

This Wednesday, it appears the teen actress has had a change of heart as she is now the one fanning the speculations after sharing a photo on Instagram of the flowers she received from Jimuel.

She captioned the post with a simple "thanks," leading many of her followers to begin believing the rumors again.

It was posted moments after Jimuel sparked "kilig" comments with a snap from an apparent date they had earlier in the night.

It still remains unclear whether Jimuel is courting Peralejo, a former "Pinoy Big Brother" housemate, or they just went out as friends.

Peralejo did describe Jimuel as a "good friend" in her interview on "Tonight with Boy Abunda," adding that she has tremendous respect for his family because of how humble they are.
